PWYC Live Music Yoga Class

A Human Space is teaming up with Justin Lazarus and the Diving Bell Social Club to bring four sessions of PWYC Live Music Yoga Classes.

~ These are trial sessions with the possibility of extension into a weekly event! ~

Come connect while we explore music, breath, body, movement, and community to understand ourselves and others better. Yoga should not be a place of judgment. Classes are catered to ALL LEVELS.

Never taken a yoga class before? This is for you. Feel like you're not _________ enough to do yoga? (ex: flexible, white, calm, etc). THIS CLASS IS FOR YOU. Yoga is a state of being in which you're connected to the creative energy within and around you. It's not about the acrobatics ;-)

The goal is never to allow individuals to cope with existing in an oppressive society. We hope to provide the tools that may help one live more fully and vibrantly, regardless of the sickness of the society around that person, and in doing so, help move us all towards greater collective healing.

Door is sliding scale, $5-15, no one turned away.

Please bring a mat and a friend!

Malek Robbana
